Procore Technologies and Amazon Web Services announced a multi‑year strategic collaboration to co‑invest in go‑to‑market activities and product innovation for the construction industry. The agreement lists Procore’s platform in AWS Marketplace for buyers in North America and Europe, enables consolidated billing and use of existing AWS spend commitments, and commits both companies to expand joint engineering efforts. Procore will leverage Amazon Bedrock LLMs for AI agents that support document analytics, task automation and intelligent assistance, while advancing tools like Agent Builder and Developer Studio to help owners and contractors scale operations and adopt digital twin and analytics capabilities.
Procore Technologies and Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced a multi‑year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) that formalizes a joint commitment to co‑invest in go‑to‑market actions and product innovation for the global construction industry and related verticals. As part of the agreement, Procore’s construction management platform is now available in AWS Marketplace, enabling customers in North America and Europe to purchase the platform through AWS.
The deal is intended to accelerate Procore’s development in artificial intelligence, data operability and analytics, with the explicit goal of helping customers build more efficiently, reduce risk and make more data‑driven decisions. The companies said the collaboration will expand cross‑team engineering work between Procore’s Product and Technology teams and AWS, and will also leverage Amazon Bedrock large language models (LLMs) to give customers flexibility in AI choices.
Under the SCA, Procore will use Amazon Bedrock LLMs to power its suite of AI agents for document analytics, task automation and intelligent assistance. These agents are designed to streamline project delivery and reduce on‑site and administrative risk. Procore also said it will continue to expand work on its Agent Builder and Developer Studio, tools aimed at enabling owners and general contractors to plan, build and operate construction portfolios with greater scale, efficiency and cost control.
Making Procore available in AWS Marketplace is one of the first visible outcomes of the agreement. The listing allows buyers to take advantage of consolidated billing and to apply existing AWS spend commitments and cloud credits when purchasing Procore through Marketplace. Availability in North America and Europe was highlighted as an initial rollout region.
The SCA will expand joint engineering programs between the two companies and formalize co‑investment in product initiatives. Procore framed the arrangement as a way to speed innovation across both core construction workflows and adjacent verticals that influence construction outcomes. AWS infrastructure and services are intended to provide the cloud backbone while Procore supplies deep industry functionality and integration points.
Procore’s president of product and technology framed the collaboration as a way to further connect stakeholders across construction and to deliver immediate value through Procore’s tools and AWS services. An AWS senior manager for AMER tech partners framed the collaboration as an opportunity to combine cloud infrastructure with a connected construction platform to boost productivity and enable deeper data insights for customers.
Procore recently named Sandra Benson as global head of industry transformation. Benson brings more than 25 years in building and construction technology and has held senior roles that include work at AWS earlier in her career. Her appointment, datelined Carpinteria, Calif., noted that she will advise Procore’s product and sales engineering teams on customer and partner requirements. She is also serving a three‑year term on the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Building Sciences, a role she took on in 2025.
Benson said the SCA was mutually beneficial and confirmed there was no monetary component to the agreement. She expects tighter integration between Procore and AWS systems to grow Procore’s user base and to spark cross‑pollination in product and market approaches. She also noted plans for additional joint work without providing specifics.
The collaboration comes amid growing interest in digital twin technology across cities and construction firms. Cities such as Orlando, Las Vegas and Los Angeles are using digital twins for urban visibility and environmental metrics, and more municipalities plan similar programs. Contractors and technology partners are also adopting digital twins. Examples include Suffolk and AMC Bridge using digital models to help address labor shortages and supply chain challenges. Benson expects owners to prioritize digital twins for building operations and facility management first, with broader use by contractors following as the value becomes clear.
Procore continues to expand its market reach. Company materials list more than one million projects and over $1 trillion in construction volume running on its platform, and other public announcements note a global user base in the millions. Procore is headquartered in Carpinteria, California, and maintains partner and integration marketplaces for third‑party tools. The company also maintains media and investor contacts for inquiries; its website is listed as www.procore.com.

Customers in North America and Europe can purchase Procore through AWS Marketplace with consolidated billing and the ability to use existing AWS spend commitments and cloud credits.
Procore will leverage Amazon Bedrock large language models (LLMs) to power AI agents for document analytics, task automation and intelligent assistance, offering customers choice and flexibility in AI solutions.
Procore has indicated that the SCA did not include a monetary component, focusing instead on joint engineering, product work and go‑to‑market collaboration.
The collaboration is expected to accelerate data and analytics capabilities that support digital twin use cases. Owners are likely to drive initial adoption for operations and facility management, with contractors using digital twins more widely over time.
