Overview
Brasfield & Gorrie’s Miami office seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from $50M to $300M. Requires 10+ years managing large commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects in South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Full accountability for budget, schedule, quality, and safety
- Manage client relationships as primary point of contact
- Lead project team of 8-15 engineers, superintendents, and support staff
- Oversee subcontractor selection and performance
- Manage monthly owner billing and financial reporting
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering
- 10+ years commercial construction PM experience
- LEED AP preferred; Procore, P6, MS Project proficiency
