Fluence Energy has secured a contract with AGL to construct the 500 MW / 2000 MWh Tomago Battery Energy Storage System in Newcastle, Australia. Fluence Energy, Inc. has recently secured a significant contract with AGL to build the 500 MW / 2000 MWh Tomago Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. With the Tomago BESS, Fluence has now surpassed a remarkable 5 GWh of energy storage projects either deployed or currently under development across Australia.
