Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities for assigned healthcare construction scope
• Enforce infection control (ICRA/PCRA) and safety protocols
• Coordinate with hospital facilities staff and maintain lookahead schedules

Requirements

• 6+ years commercial construction superintendent experience
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred; HCC preferred
• OSHA 30-hour; Procore and P6 scheduling proficiency preferred
