- Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructability input
Requirements
- 7+ years commercial construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in Timberline/Sage, Bluebeam, Excel
- Strong MEP systems estimating knowledge
