Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all field activities on assigned project(s)
- Enforce safety program and conduct daily toolbox talks
- Manage subcontractor performance and daily scheduling
- Review submittals, RFIs, and material deliveries
Requirements
- 8+ years commercial construction superintendent experience
- OSHA 30-hour required; concrete high-rise experience preferred
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam
