The construction of the facility was managed by Hoar Construction, which faced challenges due to weather-related setbacks, including multiple hurricanes. Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), the construction team effectively managed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the project. Additionally, prefabrication of patient room headwall units was successfully conducted on-site, resulting in notable time and cost savings for the project.
The architectural design for the facility was spearheaded by Earl Swensson Associates, Inc., while Lawson Mechanical was responsible for the HVAC installations. Other key partners included AAA Commercial Flooring, Ryals Brothers for paving, Cole Masonry, and Enfinity Engineering as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineer.

Day-to-day operations of the facility will be overseen by Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a joint venture with the Northeast Georgia Health System.
