NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project

The NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project is one of the highlighted contracts, identified as KC001470. Proposals for Construction Management Services will be accepted until 12:00 PM on July 31, 2025. With an estimated total project price of $490,627, the goal is to develop an Equity and Social Justice (ESJ) Innovation Plan. This plan will focus on maximizing participation from both MBE and WBE firms that are certified by the State of Washington Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises. Sealed bids are due by 1:30:59 PM on July 22, 2025, with an estimated contract price of $811,400. This project will require coordination with Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to install a new transformer. Notably, a 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement applies to this contract, along with a 15% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS).
